Mag Baja Anglers – Magdalena Bay, Baja California Sur
These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and expeditions operated by Mag Baja Anglers. By submitting a deposit, guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Reservations & Payments
Due to limited boat capacity and coordinated lodging logistics, reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
A 50% deposit is required to secure expedition dates.
The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival..
Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at time of confirmation.
- Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in release of reserved dates.
Accepted payment methods: Zelle, wire transfer.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
45+ days before arrival: Full refund of deposit
45–30 days before arrival: Deposit forfeited.
Less than 30 days: No refunds
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances.
3. Weather & Sea Conditions
Safety is our highest priority.
Fishing itineraries may be modified due to weather, sea conditions, or captain discretion. No guarantees are made regarding specific species, catch results, or fishing conditions.
No refunds are provided due to weather-related itinerary adjustments if safe alternative fishing options are available.
4. Fishing Licenses & Regulations
Mexican sport fishing licenses are included in all packages and issued in compliance with Mexican regulations.
Guests must comply with all applicable fishing laws, size limits, and conservation rules.
5. Included Services
All expedition packages include lodging, guided fishing, tackle, bait, airport transfers (Loreto or La Paz), and Mexican sportfishing licenses as specified in the selected package.
Services not specifically listed are not included.
6. Alcohol & Beverages
Complimentary beer and non-alcoholic beverages are included on select multi-day packages.
Alcohol consumption is permitted only in accordance with maritime safety standards and at captain discretion.
Guests must be of legal drinking age and agree to responsible consumption.
7. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Fishing, boating, and travel activities involve inherent risks including, but not limited to:
Rough seas
Weather changes
Slippery surfaces
Wildlife encounters
Equipment-related injuries
By participating, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
8. Lodging & Transportation
Lodging at Whale Nest Cabañas and ground transportation are included as part of the package.
Mag Baja Anglers is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services, weather, or road conditions.
9. Travel Requirements
Guests are responsible for:
Valid passport (if required)
Compliance with Mexican entry regulations
Personal travel insurance (recommended)
Mag Baja Anglers is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections.
10. Photography & Media
Guests grant Mag Baja Anglers permission to use photos or videos taken during the trip for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
11. Governing Law
All services are provided in Mexico and governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
12. Agreement
Submission of deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
