Participant Acknowledgment & Release of Liability

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in fishing expeditions, boating activities, transportation, and lodging arranged by Mag Baja Anglers involves inherent risks.

I voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release, waive, and discharge Mag Baja Anglers, its owners, captains, crew, employees, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, illness, loss, damage, or death.

I certify that:

• I am physically capable of participating
• I will follow all safety instructions
• I understand alcohol consumption is optional and regulated
• I accept full responsibility for my actions
